Wang Guoyu is a Distinguished Professor of “Chang Jiang Scholars” of Ministry of Education. She is also Vice President of Chinese Society for Ethics of Science Technology and Engineering, the co-chairman of the Professional Ethics and Academic Ethics Committee of the Chinese Computer Federation, and the Director of the Ethics Committee of the International Human Phenotype Group Project. She has been engaged in high-tech ethics and governance research for a long time. She conducts as PI several National Key Projects.
