Vice President of Tencent, President of Smart Industrial & Services

Sam Li, Vice President of Tencent, is currently leading the company’s Smart Industries and Services departments. He served as the President of SAP China. In 2018, Sam was named as a member of Shanghai’s 13th Political Consultative Conference, and was acknowledged as one of the top 10 influential figures in China’s ICT industry. In 2019, Sam was invited to be a senior economic consultant for the Shaanxi Province, and a visiting professor at the University of International Business and Economics. He was also recognized with “the Respected Entrepreneur of the Year 2019 award in China” held by The Economic Observer. In 2020, Sam became an International Economic Advisor to the Mayor of Chongqing.
