Vice President of CAST, Director of the Science and Technology Commission of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, Member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Member of the International Academy of Astronautics.

He is currently the Director of the Science and Technology Commission of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, Vice President of the 10th Chinese Association for Science and Technology, a member of the 11th, 12th and 13th Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee, a member of the Presidium of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a Trustee of the Board and the Chair of the Engineering Sciences Section of the International Academy of Astronautics, and President of Chinese Society of Inertial Technology. He has been engaged in the research work of system design and control system of spacecraft for a long time. He has participated in the development of control system of multitype launch vehicles successively. He has solved a series of technical problems for the development of spacecraft in China. He is the academic leader in the field of overall and control systems of Chinese spacecraft and one of the young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions to the national defense science and technology industry.
